A friend of mine had this problem with MSN 7 versions already.
Now she installed Windows Live Messenger, mess patch and ofcourse MSN plus!
Now the problem still remains.
Her display ain't visible, the customized smilies don't show up either and she can't send files right. She said she could see some of the displays on her MSN list but far from all (not exactly sure).
What could be the problem?
We want this annoying problem to be solved 
I hope anybody could help us with this.
All help will be appreciated!

you have ZoneAlarm...
edit:
if she has the problem then SHE probably has ZoneAlarm ofcourse

I cant ask her now cause she's asleep (europe)
if she does have zone alarm how can it be fixed?
