Is it posible to change the msn display picture with command line (with msg+ or not) ???

If you mean changing your display picture in the conversation windows type: /displaypic

Yes, but not in msg plus.
With n extrnal program or a .bat

There is no program that I know of that can do this.

you could make a VB program that could change display pics from the command line.
