Yes, Stuffplug 3 is under devlopment, but we have no idea of a release date 
.

yes there well be, it will be a stand alone addon for WLM, meaning you will not need Plus! live to use it

After the huge security flaw FireFox had a few weeks back, shouldn't StuffPlug amend their web page to say "Nothing is Safe"?
