Released 2 days ago from Big Foot networks is the first card for your Pc to reduce lag in online games made from LLR technogoly which stands for Lag and Latency Reduction. It is called 'killerNic'. Why is this a rip off? Simple, it's a PCI card. The PCI Bus is capable of 133MB/s (1,064 Mb/s), so it's theoretically capable of achieving GBPS transfer. However, this is shared between all PCI devices. Even if this card did come in PCI Express, I'd still call it a gimmick though. |
