Can't we just make an Irc script for Messenger Plus Live? It would be nice to make it one program! I'm chatting a lot on Msn and Irc at the same time. So why shouldn't we make it one piece?
It's just an idea and I'm totally not a scripter! I'm learning it right now!

They are totally different programs and protocols. I suggest you check this link for an explanation of why this couldn't be done. I beleive there are addons for mIRC (possibly other clients) that will let you access your MSN list from the IRC client, but a script is incapable of doing this.

also, there is an IRC server that acts as a gateway between irc and msn. (im.bitlbee.org)
