hi all and nice site my first post so go easy on me =D
anyway to the point i was at wokr yesterday walked poas a guy on i diff lvl and saw he was on msn and this Display Picture was moving like a gif file i dont know the guy but it looked great i want my pic to do the same any idea on how i can do it
i tryed to add a gif but nothing moved

If you click on the Packs button in a conversation, you can choose from a range of packs for free, which you get emoticons, backgrounds and dynamic display pictures (which are animated).
You can also buy Muggins™ and 'Characters with moods' by clicking on Winks, 'Get more winks...', 'Dynamic Display Pictures'. Also WeeMee's.
Mess.be also post regularly about free stuff for Messenger.

hwy thanks for the replay does that mean i cant use my gif file than does if have to be one of theres thnaks

No there isn't... If there was everyone would be using their own gifs Every dynamic display picture/wink etc has a unique signiture... and without that it can't be installed. And as yet, noone has cracked it, and the problem has been worked on for months, since the release of MSN 7.
