Hello,
one of my friends have download msgpluslive,
but after the setup, she is everytime offline?
What is it?

So when she is actually online, she appears offline to others, including you?

We tried everything, functioned to Startus online one, away etc. however nothing.

Firstly, get your friend to uninstall Plus! Live, see if the problem stops happening.
He can try uninstalling Windows Live Messenger and Messenger Plus! Live from Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
Then download the latest versions of Windows Live Messenger and Messenger Plus! Live and install them.

ich have check her computer with remote desktop, an have delete all.. an reinstall.. now it works..

Rear one... It was only on-line one with me somehow. with all different always still was it off-line. Now it is also again always with me off-line.
