simple /clear script to clear the current conversation ur having without having to exit the convo.. had it with the old msgplus i think :\

Seems like Patchou has not implemented that feature into Messenger Plus! Live yet, it's best to just wait until he releases a later version. However, if anyone feels like scripting something like that for the time being, go for it!
