yo sup evrybody.. i wanne edit my design of da msn main window, tabs background...etc
how can i do that & keep it simple

It won't be simple, sadly. It involves editing the resources in one of WLM's DLL files, which is against the EULA. And to get a complete look, there's a lot of resources that need changing.
