When I click unblock it doesn't and just keeps her in blocked status. Help please!!!

It appears as if the contact isn't on either the allow or the block list this is just weird.
I delete the contact and then try and add again but can't because still on my list somehow but not there.

That did the trick thanks for that one very weird never happenned before to me I can't even remember blocking her.

That was most likely a server issue, and doing it with webmessenger solved it becuase it connected to another host.
