My frined had a problem with her messanger, Every 3-5 mins or so, maybe less, her msn signs her out and it comes up that the connection with NET Messanger has been lost. it does the quite often and is really anoying. she says this never happend when she had dial up, but did when she got broadband.

In the picture, the network connection (broadband) in the task bar appears to be connecting up. Has she put the filters on all the telephones in the house that came with the modem?
