For very long time i haven't seen an article about IM programs in newspaper, so it's kind a rare to see it. Especially Plus! in Äripäev (Business Day), which usually talks about economy. Here it is:

Translated article, so you would know what they're talking about:

"Additional program Plus! improves Live Messenger by adding many useful features, what Microsoft developers couldn't realize to use.

Formerly known as MSN Messenger, Live Messenger offers a lot of new features comparing to forerunner, but the program is turned supremely comfortable, when using Plus! The most useful feature it provides is option to group all conversation windows into one. Buttons, which represents different conversations, can be placed to top or left side of the window and you can navigate between them by pressing keyboard combination Ctrl+Tab. The software is also translated into estonian remarkably well, so there's no problem exploring the program.

In order to enable the feature you have to navigate in main menu, by moving  File -> Plus -> Seaded (Preferences), from there, pick Vestlused (Conversations), then Grupeeritud vestlused (Tabbed chats) and tick appropriate checkboxes.

Using tabbed chats, you're desktop and taskbar will be much neater. Tabbed chats isn't the only feature of Plus. There's also important features like polygamy and desktop contacts. Besides that you can prepare messages, which can be sent later using shortcuts.

Complete list of features and guides how to use them can be found at website. Plus can be easily downloaded from that website. It's freeware, so you don't have to install commercial software, if you don't want."
