hi im having problems opening encrypted  chatlogs. when i type in my password it always says its the wrong password but i know its right  cos whenever i sign in on msn it says type in your password to encrypt your files and it works so... can someone help me to open my encrypted files?

Actually your encrypted files do not have the same password as your Windows Live ID. They are encrypted with the password set by you in the preferences. So, there is chance if you remember it cool but if you dont remember it then either delete the file or keep them encrypted for ever.
