Is it possible to show the display picture of your contacts in the contact list (for those online)

This has been asked and discussed in detail in previous threads (and several patches exist to do this). Search forums.

What I mean is.... Instead of seeing the name of the person for those online with their staus (Green man etc) Is is possible to replace the name with their display picture.

Okay... i'll try to answer..
On the contact list next to the search for contact box, theres a green man (add contact) and two arrows (one facing up, the other down) click that, and go down to the option 'show details' and see if that's what you want.

Or if you want the smaller ones, you can use download Mess Patch and select it, but you can no longer do that with WLM (without a patch).
