The old MSN 8.0 have the stuff plug that can modify the base emoticons such "  :)  " or  "  :(  " 

Now there is a script or something that can do that ?!?

Not as yet. It might be in stuffplug for WLM, it might not. You just have to wait and see.

It's from July that the site say that it's coming  :S
