Is there a script that does this?
That tells you when was the last time yoru contacts came online..example:
Carlos alberto
last seen 20 minutes ago
Is there or is it easy to make?

No need, Plus has this. Just right-click a contact, choose Messenger Plus! Features and then Contact Information...

Welcome. To add, you can also get to the Contact Information dialog from the Plus! menu or the Plus! button in any conversation window.
