Some people have reported windows as not working correctly when they seem to work on other peoples PCs. It seems that it's been international versions of WLM (or possibly windows) that have been having this problem. (See Below)

Is it that something is wrong in my XML do you think or would that not have a difference? It's just annoying me now that I can't send certain people scripts as the GUI isn't working

Are you using WindowsBlinds? If so, set Messenger on the list of exceptions.

It's not me that has the problem... I don't use WindowBlinds, but I am using StyleXP and it still works... My mate uses WB though and it still works fine.

It's a bit off topic, but it does look like a traffic display... It's not my PC thats is the problem, so that is not my screenshot
