I just downloaded iTunes 7 and iTunes+ doesn't appear to work with it. Please tell me you're working on it alex .... I know it takes time, but I just realized how much I use that script.

I don't get this, heard this from two people now, but as far as I can tell there are no changes to the iTunes SDK, and iTunes+ still works fine for me.
I do have a slightly updated version I've been working on, but I don't think I've changed anything that would make that kinda difference!
But I'll look into this, sort out this version for release and such.
BTW, are you using the beta version posted on the forum? If not, try it, just in case it helps: http://msig.info/itunesplus/script/iTunes+%20BETA.plsc

i only use itunes+ to change my display picture to the art work, and it doesnt seem to be working on itunes 7... ill try the beta.

I have the beta and it's not showing in my Plus! menu from the contact list or in the convo screen. The only command that seems to work is the /ioptions command. Everything else I get the popup that says "The command you entered was not recognized ... "

Downloaded the beta and still no joy. I've added you to msn alex, so maybe I can help debug.
