you can just block them or just get the script and show them

i think he's talking about the script contactsay
If you are, creepy, i don't know why that is happening, ask the author of the script for help.

Most likely because WLM isn't communicating with the server (and the server making changes) fast enough, so when the message is sent, it's still under your name.
Could be fixed with a timer (not good), and possibly the nickname change event (if that's fired when the protocol returns that the name has been changed).
