A long time ago when I was fumbling with most of the options I accidentally disabled this feature when I was at the right click context menu.
I can't re-enable that now because it's grayed out. I can't find an option in the Plus! preferences, only background colour options, transpanecy etc.
Is there another way to access it?

I don't specifically know the cause, but if all else fails you can uninstall, making sure to clear preferences. (There may be another way to clear preferences but I don't know it off the top of my head.)
