New script!

Activity Launcher gives you a massive list of games / activities you can start from a plus menu with your contacts, this has a few advantages over the standard games menu:

• It has a lot more games / activities, including one's from other countries, limited edition ones and gallery.live.com ones. (without needing to patch messenger)
  
• It's customizable... you can move 'em around and remove ones you don't like.
  
• Doesn't matter if the games list is down, you can launch games anyway!
  
• You can launch games while appearing offline.

One suggestion...can you make the list a double(for me it's double) list instead of a arrow to make it go up and down?

a Huge suggestion: could you put the games in a submenu?

that way the config stuff is easier and quicker to find

Great man!!! I got several idea's about this (indeed submenu's for example) but I will first test the script and write down my idea's.

But the script is just very nice as it is now!

Updated to version 1.1, same download link, changes:

* Customizable SubMenus option added, you can now assign each activity a submenu, by default they are all in "Games" but you can have as many as you like.  (You could also use this to seperate games to a couple pages, *SonicSpam*)
* "Audio Emoticons" renamed to "Uno"
* Several games added: Sodoku Too, You Know It? Trivia, Reversi and Quatro.  Even if you don't update the script, you should get these new games next time you start messenger.
* Logo unchanged

none of the games work!
when i start them with my contacts it says 'invalid proxy server'

yes, the normal WLM games work, but when i try and access any game from your script with my contacts, the game window comes up, but then it says 'invalid proxy server'

some people on my cl dont want to play all the time but i do so for games like snakes 2 you just play against computer

something I noticed is that with certain games, it just won't send an invitation to your contact.
for me, this happens with 7 Hand Poker, Blowkwartet, File Sharing, Messenger Cup 06, Mixed Messages, The Da Vinci Code, Backgammon.
Not sure what's the problem with those, as they won't launch with the mess.be activities launcher either, so maybe it's a regional thing or the ids got changed.
7 Hand Poker and Backgammon work just fine via the regular wlm games list.

Good to see that you've updated the script already, and added submenu's!! Great

Another nice feature would be that if you are invited for an activity you haven't got in your list, you are asked if you want to add it. There are still loads of games not listed here, most of them hidden, for use with a certain bot only for example. That way the activity list will grow, and you could even synchronize it with your server

With the huge amount of changes in the activity list, if you customized your list at all, I'd reccomend removing the script and installing this new one to see the full benefits of the list updates.

Ok i dont know if its me but i dont seem to be able to get this to work, ive installed it and its there but noone of the games load up? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Nice script!

One suggestion: If I want to reorder the games/activities, I need to select an iten in the list between each time I press Up/Down, so if I'm about to move something all the way from the top to the bottom or vice versa it takes ages! Is it possible to make it like the Categories in WLM Options, so you select it and it stays selected after you have moved it one step?

And, as others have suggested, please make the list alphabetically.

Make a OPTION to make the list alphabetically, by ID, ect. Some people may not like it (like myself; I like it the way it is)

Another thing; I have contacts that speak spanish and some that speak english. Uno is avaliable in both spanish and english. If a english Messenger (or I) launch Uno, it appears in english. If a spanish Messenger launches Uno, it appears in spanish. Could you set a "region" option to fake the language-version messenger is in so I can launch the activity in different languages (if avaliable)?

yeah alex is in heavy with uni and hardly gets an internet connection these days.

Also i knew that he didn't find it that exciting any more and more of a drag
