1. When i sign in, can WLM automticaly open a chat window with all online contacts
2. When i recieve a message, is it possible for, in the contacts list, the person i recieved the message from, flashes
3. When someone sends me "hi" or "owz u", WLM automaticcally responds "hi" or "im gd fanks u?"
Hope these can be made

1) Yes. But this will put a lot of strain on your messenger and your memory. Why would you want to open a chat window with all online contacts? spam?
2) no
3) very easy to do with scripts
