Well, recently i found that i cant recieve anysound while i can send them. also i cant enter the windows live website, just forums and old website. why is this happening?

clear your internet files, use disk cleanup and for wlm are you using any patches, such as a-patch and mess patch

no im not using anyother patch. and why does cleaning internet filess would help?
