Hello,
I founded a few weeks ago some .cab really strange but I'm not able to use them.
It seems, WLM 8.1 will be skinnable 
with ads 
. You can have those cabs here and here. I found them on the french WLM 8.1 configuration file and the US one.
In those cabs we have some images like them and custom tabs configuration too : Xbox and Orange.
I founded one reference in the registry like here but there is any new API to install those .cab.
Maybe there is a possibility to install custom skin with that 
so if someone foud how to install them I will be happy

You can use Alpha Zip to extract Cabinet(.cab) files as well as many others.
You can also use WinRAR

I know how to export them ^^, there are all here.
What I want is to know how to install cab like WLM will do in a few weeks (months ?).
It can be nice to do.
