Hello all,

I have seen several posts addressing the problem of Messenger Plus Live not working whenever Cisco Security Agent is present, none of them with a solution.

Has somebody managed to make them co-exist peacefully?

I've tried everything I found on these posts but the only thing that has ever worked is uninstalling CSA. I have also tried to find any configuration workaround for this to work, but unfortunately network standard users don't have access to CSA's detailed configuration screens (i.e to put the firewall module in "learn mode").
