ok i been looking on google but cant find what im looking for, what i want to do is clear my thumbnail cache on all folders and all that, cos for some reason some dont show any chage after i put new pics on them.
so it woulb be great if i could start all over.
see how some show diff like a blue background

Right click > Properties > Customize > Restore to Defaults.

tried that before still no luck.

Delete the file Thumbs.db (hidden, and system attributes, so you will have to enable the option to view hidden and system files in the "Folder Options" dialog) which is located in the same folder as your pictures are, and it should clear the thumbs cache

Or the easy way - Right Click > Refresh Thumbnail
