Download doesn't complete. It says "C:\Documents and Settings\IBM\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\LM7S760K\MsgPlusLive-401[1].exe" is not a valid Win32 application.

Please search the forums before posting. This has been posted many times before.
Solution: Delete you internet cache (Tools > Internet Options > delete files) and download from a mirror like http://www.feluowns.com/MsgPlusLive-401.exe.
