Ive this bug only 1 contact on my list.I cant add her on my desktop,all options are disabled.

It is because you have assigned the contact to the contact information window. This stops Plus! from getting the user's email address

Press F2 on the contact and delete the Nickname you gave them.

Right click the contact > Edit Contact > Delete all the information that has been added in this window and click Save.

deleted all info but not worked.i cant add her on my desktop,disable.
