Is there an add-on or anything that allowes little pop ups to appear and say if someone has closed their chat window or something?

Nope sorry, Convo notifiers are very un-reliable. Sorry.

What those scripts and tools actually do is notifying you when a 'session' is opened. A session is something entirely different than a conversation. And a session can occur in many other cases than a chat being started.
