Texts that can't be translated? by Juan on 11-03-2006 at 06:18 AM
Hi. I'm new here but I've been translating some scripts (unfortunally they're all with incomplete translation due to the “error” I'm having) but never shared them.
I'm here to say that, while translating a script, I could find some texts.
The script is AppMon+.
I couldn't find some texts in the script's files to translate (to Portuguese Brazilian):
Add;
Edit;
Delete;
And some other texts... What to do??
Thx and bye

Oi, sou novo aqui ^^...

Hey, thanks! Really helped!!
Why don't they appear in the list with the .js files in MP!L Script Editor? This would be really useful..
Thank You again ^^

that depends on how the person who did script wanted to structure it. Also, it's much easier to put those texts in the xml file than in the js file (shorted code, etc...). Also, note that not all scripts have been designed with the idea of translate them completly.

Hum...
Trying to translate AppMon+ (I know I need to have an authorization, but I prefer to translate, then get the authorization, because then I already have the translation done to be shared), I've just changed one letter and the script kind of stops working. The Configuration window wouldn't open with something in .xml edited. I know i'm not doing anything wrong because I can change just one letter of some text that is inside the <caption> tags and then everything stops working hehehe
