How come when I tried to sign up for a new account, the page is in chinese? Is there any way I could change it to english?

Because it really wants you to sign up to gmail...

I was just going on the theory that if things happen for a reason, something is stopping you from signing up to hotmail making you resort to an alternative like gmail.
