disabled in my messenger plus live or it isn't enabled yet?
i mean is it only my messenger (windows live) or it's in all?

if you go Plus! -> Preferences -> Conversations -> Tabbed Chats that will tell you if it's enabled or not...also If you have just enabled it, make sure you close all converesation windows and then open them up again.
