Ive looked for one that looks exactly like the mac one, i found one but its shi* so i need a better one ive searched google and came back to the same one
the one i thought was ***t is RK launcher
can someone help me find one

Search for Y'z Dock.
(it's been removed from many sites on request of Apple, so i think it's like warez to post here)

FlyakiteOSX is a program that tries to make your PC look and behave exactly like a mac. I used it for a short while and it comes with a few different alternative docks. One was ObjectBar, but the other one kicked it's ass. I recommend just getting this utility even if it's only being used for the one aspect. I posted a pic in the October desktops thread if you want a preview
