Suggestion:  I'd like to have the option within the "Field(s) to display in the contact windows: of, contact name and then the status written next to the name.
because sometimes when busy it's easy not to notice just the little green man icon. If the status was to be written after this, it would be a lot easier to view.

I believe this is more down to WLM then MP!L. (correct me if i'm wrong.)

If you look at your contact list you'll see that nobody has their status after thier name. Patches can add this back in, but i'm not sure if that'd solve the problem.
