Well i released them onto msgstuff but remembered i didn't post here, so here goes:

Basically I've animated (or improved on other's animations) most of the standard emoticons from messenger creating what i like to call Animoticons (catchier than animated emoticons)

The installer doesn't have a 'finished' screen so just click install then check your emoticons to see if they've installed, sometimes you can see the Messenger Content Installer progress bar pop up for a second or two also


anyway hope you like them, get them on Mess.be blah blah blah

Also get the stuffcast on Mess.be too, they keep ignoring us even though we're trying to be friendly ¬_¬

PS) codes are pretty much the same as default one so quick example

because the & symbol buggers up installer and the others i couldn't fit a = in

Awsome work, lots of fun. I suggest a different tag for the beer though, as [b] kind of gets preference as a Plus! tag

nicely done NILE they look and work pretty good but some of them are a little dodgy but overall good

nice Nile.... i will upload a script sometime soon to make them like the default ones...

what ones do you think are dodgy mate? I personally could never get to grips with the devil that was the best i could do with him

The devil is one of the best but others like the rose, the dog, the cat and so on aren't that great. I personally don't like them very much. Maybe it's because i don't know were i could use them. The heart and the lips are great for my GF

Simple Version of Replacer Script:

Default is star 2, the one that shines

EDIT this only replaces the default codes so it doesn't add for example the crazy or cold ones

hug animation happens when you type so you can still post single 's

edit 2: markee tweaked script to be a tad faster and less complex

My friend is getting a messagebox saying "Some content was not installed. Please try again later to install the remaining content" when he clicks on "Instal" button. And none of the emoticons are installed...

How to fix it?

Restarting Messenger/Restarting the computer doesn't work.

hmmm I thought i cleared this up with the dog icon

It's been the only problem so far the & symbol so i renamed it to dog otherwise it should work

I'm off to bed now anyway and college tomorrow so I can't really help right now.

OOO before i go an idea, It could be a registry or messenger related error eg try repairing messenger.

OR what happened to me before when i had trouble downloading any dynamic content is that there is a slight problem with IE which can affect installation, I can't remember how i fixed that error first i'd see if they can install any content at all? then try other approaches
