how do i change my username. if it can't be changed - how do i delete my username?

Kindly send a personal message to one of the admins and I'm sure they will change it for you.
However, if you post what name you want and one of the admins sees this thread, they will be able to change it.

maybe he realised it was a mistake putting his e-mail address in the username box and wants to change it before spam bots harvest it.
