It's possible to create a script that show a popup or a message, when anyone of contact in the list start to type a message to me, but before it is sent to me ?

It is possible using the typing notifier made by CookieRevised... I can't find it right now, but if you search the forum you should find it

the script you've downloaded from the link EnglandBoyForLife gave you, is not a script I wrote.
The script also doesn't do what you asked for. In fact, such scripts as those (open window notifiers) do not work!!! They will give you more false alarms than they will give correct alarms and there is no way to check if an alarm is false or not.
Instead see:
