jeg får ikke min plus! til å virke.. den er installert å alt men den kommer ikke i bruk...

jeg bruker live messenger. og jeg har messenger plus! live.
har prøvd å innstallert den med og uten sponsor program uten at det vil virke. 
Har slettet å lagt inn på nytt også uten at det vil bli.
