Hey guys,

I got a question for those who play IdleRPG on IRC.

How can i get the information from my player info into my signature? I saw Mike's profile and his signature. That's how i came to join the channel. Anyways, does anybody have a clue how he did that?

I'll be very thankful for every help I can get :)

right click > view image and look in the titlebar?

Is it that what you meant? How did he do? PHP script? I don't get it :(

I'm not that dumb as i thought :P I changed 'Mike2' to 'ins4ne' and it works for me xD

Because each time someone loads it, it has to fetch the info from the server, then produce the image.

Hm, that means bandwidth for him :S Thats not very good. I just wrote him a PM and asked for permission. He's away atm so i remove my sig for now. I'll search how to do because nobody knows or doesn't want to tell me :(

You can't :P
I will have to change this image to something else :P
The background and font is used from IdleRPG's world map.
I could do it so that you could choose from a list of predifined backgrounds :P

You can make your own script in php to do the same.  Get information from http://irc.msgplus.net/~jkay/irpg/xml.php?player=USER where USER is your username [Image: msn_tongue.gif].

Well, I would like to do the cache thing before adding backgrounds...

Or, I can just publish the script and do whatever you want with it :P (requires php 5)
Someone who knows PHP (unlike me) can code this like in 5-10 mins :P
