If these are already exist could you please provide a link to the topic.
1) a auto correct that preferably was the same as Microsoft word's
2) Something that makes the "personalized status" thing not come up.

You can turn off the personalised status through Messenger Plus' preferences window.
A script to perform Word's spell check function (Word must be installed)

He probably just useed th XML from another script as an example and forgot to change the name

You can find there an explanation of Quick Texts
Plus!>Preferences>Conversations>Quick Texts>Add...
then choose the option automatically replace...
