Ok so i downloaded Messenger Plus and the patch. i went on msn and it keeps saying to isnt running with MsgPlus added functionalities and it advises me to restart my computer. i do that and as soon as i log on the same message pops up. also at the top i get a plus! thing i click it and it comes it with compatability info?

First do you have Windows Live Messenger or MSN Messenger? For MSN Messenger download @ http://old.msgplus.net/
For WLM download @ http://www.msgpluslive.net/
