Hi guys,

This problem has been driving me batty for months.

The situation is this.  I have a weemee, and I get an error downloading it here at work.

It works perfectly fine at home, so I'm thinking it's a problem at my end.  I have been backwards and forwards to WeeMee's Support group for a couple of months and it seems to go through this repetitive cycle of:

* Them: Make sure you have MSN 7.5 or higher installed
* Me: Yes I do
* Them: Download your weemee
* Me: Doesn't work, I get the 'Some content couldn't be downloaded, try again later' message.
* Them: We'll escalate this to the technical team
* Some weeks later
* Them: Ok try it now.
* Me: Nope, still doesn't work.
* Them: Ok, here's a free weemee, try that.
* Me: Doesn't work
* Them: Make sure you have MSN 7.5 ... etc

So now, I've been given 3 free ones, but they all don't work on my work machine.  Their support team just seems incapable of fixing the problem.  However, if the problem is at my end, they haven't cottoned onto it and informed me.

Does *anyone* have any tips on how I could find out WHY the god damned thing won't work or a dodgy hack way of getting it to work?
