Rebuilt as in reconfigured. PHP, MySQL, Apache, eAccelerator, upgrade to Ubuntu 6.10

It has been at least 83 hours as that's how long it has been since the first post in the thread. My guess is that all the admins are too lazy to take it down or that they are still doing some stuff and hope that it will be finished within the next 24hrs.
