My First Script, DateTime Live!

What it does: By using the command '/sendtime' the current time and date is sent to the conversation window. The message that is sent is customizable and supports all Plus commands! and emoticons! Your contact's can also get the time from you by sending '!gettime' - this sends the the saved message.

The 'Options' and 'About' can be found under the DateTime Live! menu when the MP!L icon is clicked.

Main Uses: 1)I made it so i could easily send my time(and date) to people who live in other countries, like markee.
2) So contacts can ask for your time and date, without you needing to reply, or even be there.

how about 12 hour time option

edit: you can just use (!T) and (!D)...

its easy to put 12 hour time without using (!T)

Why the need for this script? What is wrong with simply using a QuickText?

Now that's an idea for a script... possible to create commands that the script recongizes when you recieve them, and connect those with quicks texts (like this: someone decides that !iown would be a nice command, so he uses the script to associate !iown with quicktext #5, and each time !iown is recieved in the chat window the quicktext would be executed).

Because what if my contact wants to know my time/date, then all they have to do is send '!gettime' and they get an automatic response. Otherwise i'd have to be there to write out the quicktext/reply.

I'm liking this script and i like the look of the window too

I told you on WLM that it wasn't the way I first want you to do it, the main thing was to get you used to the date objects but obviously you had other plans.  Anyway nice to see the release.  Next thing might be to work on when your contact asks you "what's the time?" or something similar then it automatically responds with the time.  I guess I can help you with that too

hello,
this seems to be a great script, but unfortunately i'm having a problem
after restarting my msn messenger, my saved line is always overwritten by the default line
how to solve it??
