Ok guys,

After going onto the domains.live.com and searching in the code a bit i found a little hack.
I do not know if this is already found but meh:

The hopefully foolproof instructions:

1. Go to Domains.live.com
   
2. Click "Get Started"
   
3. Click the radiobox next to "Use a domain I already own"
   
4. Type in an address you can use sub ones as well e.g "php.cloakshape.org"
   
5. Then click then radiobox next too " Create a new Windows Live ID in your domain"
   
6. Now you will be on the form bit,
   
7. If your using firefox do this: Click on "View" then "Page Style" then "No Style"
   
8. If your using IE I havnt found away yet so download firefox
   
9. Now Click on the radiobox next too: "Create a Windows Live e-mail address"
   
10. Now just fill in everything and click "I accept"
    
11. Ignore the little box at the bottom saying: "We are working to fix a temporary problem with our sign-up service..."

Ya. It should normally work with every domain you own .

I am surprized though I never would have thought that there would be a glitch in the website to get a live account.

It's MS . They will never learn to secure their things .

Its only a domain...., anyway the instuctions work fine

UPDATE: LiveSide adds that you need to log into mail.live.com in order to activate e-mail on your newly created account(s).

UPDATE #2: According to Messers Tutsumi and Maxtoid, the hack has now been disabled.

UPDATE #3: ...but many others are still able to succesfully register new @live.* accounts.
