Each time I try and change my Personal Message (kind of line of name that isnt displayed) it resets when I try and login again. Can someone help?

Please state what version and its build number of windows live messenger you are currently using.
If you are using Version 8.1, it'd mean that there's a problem with the server or a bug. Try updating it to build 0168 if you are still using 0106.

hmm i used to have thus problem.. but a script solved it.. =)
