when i click the arrow it says that "the specified thread does not exist"

Hard Refresh it could of been deleted

Its a known bug (afaik), that happens when the top thread (i.e. the thread with the most recent reply) for that forum is deleted.
The problem will be gone now because this will be the top thread (at time of writing)

Sarlak is right. It is a known bug. Depending on certian conditions it occurs when the latest thread is deleted.
