how can i add the pluggings (add on prog.) in messenger live plus?
what should i do?

They are replaced by scripts...please check the scripts forum or the scripts database to see if your favourites plugins have become scripts, otherwise please check the website associate with the plugin to see whether the developer is still active or not.
