It seems like the left and right margins of the page are larger, but that paragraph is in a div with a different margin. Or am I wrong?

It's like that because whoever made the layout is stupid and used a percentage width

This happens to me when I stretch Firefox across 2048.
The reverse happens when I squeeze it abnormally small.
