What should I do to make these navigation items work on IE (and maybe Opera, because I didn't test that on Opera)?
It works fine on Firefox.

They work fine in Opera 9.10, FWIW.

It crashes IE 7 rofl.

IE doesn't support :hover, :active, or :visited on anything except links
